Bondhu - Ferreries

Post by Shuggie » January 19th, 2020, 8:22 pm

Today I had probably one of the best curries I’ve ever had and I’d consider myself a bit of an expert when it comes to Indians.

Bondhu is in the centre of Ferreries and is a “must visit” if you like the spicy stuff.

I had onion bhaji to start, freshly made and excellent.

Mains, garlic chilli tikka lamb with chilli rice and chilli nam. The waiter did raise an eyebrow at the amount of heat I’d ordered but for me it was perfect. Chilli rice was out of this world and the nam was the best I’ve had. I could of picked anything of the menu and been happy. The bill for 5 of us came to €175 which included beer and wine. Already looking forward to the next visit .
