Club cales de ponent, cala blanca help

Post by stevehull » June 19th, 2012, 9:19 pm

Hi, we go to club calesdeponent in August. Had a look on google street view and the area looks deserted! Could anyone help us where to go locally that's kind of lively. We've got 3 young children and want to have a good 2 weeks. Any help would be appreciated, thanks Steve

Hi

I think Cal N Bosch might be more what your looking for, when our children were younger we went there with them for many years, they won't come with us now because their 18 / 20. The Paradise Club would be suitable for your family, they have a great kids club, and entertainment in the evening.

Bye

I wouldn't worry, the google street map could have been taken on a sunny winters day, or spring,
I only let him think he's in charge.

To be honest Steve, it is relatively deserted round the Cala Santandria area! It is pretty much hotel based apart from two restaurants Sa Nacra and Sa Quadra and a small supermarket all just a stones throw away. You need to go right to Cala Blanca for any other restaurants and bars. It's a leisurely 20 min walk or 5 min drive. You can get the bus into Ciutadella just around the corner from the Ponent or there is a bus to Cala n Bosch but not as regularly.

We cancelled at calesdeponent and gone menorca sea club apartments, all inclusive. Had to pay £2000 more but at least it won't be boring ;). We was self catering at calesdeponent. Roll on holiday
