New Spanish Govt web link re Brexit

The Spanish Govt has today launched a new section on its website specifically dealing with Brexit outcomes -

I think people need to pay attention to the precise language being used. Throughout, the Spanish Govt refer to 'those legally resident in Spain' - to me that suggests that all those who have not yet applied for residency (for whatever reason) need to do so, and quickly, in order to benefit from these arrangements.
