Which boat trip?

Hi, looking to go on a half day boat trip with kids aged 9 and 6. Any recommendations?

I'd start with the glass-bottomed boat which operates from the port of Mahon. From memory, the trip last no more than about 90 minutes, but it is good value for money and takes you past a number of interesting spots. The kids will like it when they hear about 'bloody island', which is basically an old quarantine island in the middle of the harbour.

If they like this one, then maybe you can branch out and take a trip on a charter boat which operate from a number of different places on the island.

I would agree with that, we went on the trip last year, very interesting & good value, don't forget to get the tickets from the tourist office first

Could you give me an idea of the cost of this trip please?

Coming to Menorca for the first time for 2 weeks on 19th September 2012 - 5 adults and 2 boys aged 6 and 5.

So looking forward to it and hoping we have some decent weather.............!

Boat trip is very good, we will be two of the nutters waving as you pass by the prom near the Hamilton

We did this boat trip "Don Joan" - 1 hour around Mahon harbour including a short stop just out to sea to see the fish through the glass bottom. Really enjoyed it.
