Hi Steve, Just looked at your accommodation profile. Impressed by level of booking already.
I'm in the process of buying a 3 br villa off market in Binibequer close to the beach. Hoping to own it in time to advertise and get some bookings in 2019! It has been under-marketed this year but did manage 8 weeks and in the past upto 14 weeks in 2014. Nothing yet for 2019 with sale pending The agent pulled out of homeaway to go only with their own website and simply owners. I don't think that is enough to get the exposure needed. May I ask how many sites or methods you use for exposure? and which produce the most bookings?

We used Owners Direct to start with for the first 3 years but we don’t advertise now. We’ve got so many regulars who book year after year and others often get in touch who stayed in the past that we only advertise here now.

Owners Direct changed and we could no longer suss-out guests before they booked. If we needed to advertise seriously I don’t know who we’d use now.
