Logging out

Just got a little problem I've just gone to log out and when I click on the log out thingy it takes me to the control panel. I've tried it several times and it's still doing the same.

I'm just going to click out of it completely and hopefully it will just time out .... eventually

I don't usually log out, I just close the page and I'm still logged in next time I visit. I tried logging out to test it and it's working OK for me.

Well i've just clicked on the log-out option and again it's still going to my profile

I shall just carry on just clicking the button on top right until that miserable old boss who ain't been on for ages comes and sorts it out

Hi Susie, if you're still having problems logging out, it might be your computer is cluttered up. Try doing a Ctrl+H to get your history in Google (I think this works for most browsers) and find the Clear Browsing Data field, following the instructions. I'm not a super whizz at these machines, but I have learnt that much. Worth a try (and can avoid marital violence for others)!

I've just done that - clicked Control and H and yep it's brought up all my log-ins since the beginning of February and more. Question now is how do I delete it all Do I have to click every little box every single day to delete or is there a quicker way?

Ooooh I've just clicked on the log out button and it seems back to normal .... fingers crossed

Sorry am a bit slow to respond.
I usually do a CTRL + H at the start of going into my browser. But I just tried the search history while logged into this forum, and I think that is what you have been looking at. There seems to be no way of deleting it all there. I'm still using Windows 10 by the way.
If you go into, say, Google at the start, do Control H, you'll be able to scroll right down and it will give you a choice of how much to delete. I always choose "All Time" rather than, say, this week's browsing. I am hoping that will work for you when you're back in the MenorcaTalk forum.
