there are rocks in the area that i can fish from,[i,m only a holiday fisherman

Hi Mossy :welcome:
There are plenty of nice low rocks to fish off all around the resort of Cala Blanca, float fishing will be fine with a bit of bread, I would feed a wet bread mix also to keep them interested.
Technically you do need a licence but I try to do a bit every time I am out in Menorca and have never had any problems yet. I always find the fishing is better after 5pm or early morning.
Hope this helps, have a great holiday

Definately not bread ,the fish are too fast and destroy it,try fish strips/shrimps/or my fav plastic maggots !!i catch loads ,some mullet/wrasse lots of others i dont know but i put em all back ,there was one that was very prickly ,like a perch,it looked like you didnt want to get a prick by it!!
